Llano Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the private Llano County Released Inmates resource. By accessing it, a visitor agrees to the limits below and acknowledges that official custody and release information remains with the responsible government agency.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with Llano County, a sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This site organizes links and explanations for Llano County release records, jail contacts, court paths, Texas corrections information, and independent research tools. It stores no official government records and cannot release a person, confirm custody, file a request for a visitor, or give legal advice.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful and must not impair the service or harm another person.

  • Do not use the site to violate any law.
  • Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or mislead anyone.
  • Do not base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions on site content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Llano County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks, and neither it nor its advertising partners offers screening services. Users agree not to apply content to employment decisions, tenant or housing selection, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

Links to Other Operators

Links may lead to Sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, or outside search providers. Their inclusion does not create an endorsement. Each destination controls its content, availability, prices, and data practices, and visitors should review that operator's terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. No assurance is given that content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, free of defects, or that a partner search will return every relevant result. Custody and public records change often, and nothing here is an official statement from Llano County or Texas.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Texas and federal law permit, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and partners harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the user's conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Llano County Released Inmates or its content partners unless another owner is identified. They may not be copied, redistributed, altered, or republished without written permission.

Updates to These Terms

These conditions may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted, and continued use after publication means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Access May Be Ended

Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, including when misuse or a security concern is suspected.

Texas Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected language will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
